
SHIPPING POLICY
AR GP Group Ltd (trading as UK Stock Car Parts, “we” and “us”) is the operator of https://www.ukstockcarparts.co.uk (“website”). When placing an order from this Website, you will be agreeing to the Shipping terms and conditions set out below. These Shipping terms and conditions are set out to not only set expectations of our service, but also to ensure both you, and us, are mutually protected.

1 - GENERAL

1.1 - Stock Availability
​
We will do the utmost to ensure that website stock levels are updated as often as possible, as we do have other platforms where our products are sold. However, there may arise an instance where you have ordered and paid for an item that might be out of stock. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfil your purchase. If this instance does arise, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible, and offer you the option to either wait for restock (we will advise expected restock dates), or, offer you a refund.

2 - RETURNS

2.1 - Returns Due to Change of Heart
​
AR GP Group Ltd, trading as UK Stock Car Parts, will accept returns due to change of heart, as long as the return process is activated within 30 days of original purchase date. The item also must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, with all items present and of course in a resalable condition.
Return shipping is required to be arranged and paid for by the customer, and if a store credit refund is awarded, AR GP Group Ltd / UK Stock Car Parts will not be including the cost of return shipping.
Once a return is received, checked and accepted, refunds will only be processed in the form of store credit. You will be notified on completion of this via email.

2.2 - Warranty Returns
​
AR GP Group Ltd, trading as UK Stock Car Parts, will honour any warranty claims, provided that the claim is submitted within 180 days of receipt of the item/s.
Customers will be required to pre-pay for their return shipping, however, we will reimburse you this cost upon a successful warranty return claim.
Upon receipt of the returned item/s, you can expect us to process your claim within 10 working days – will do the utmost to have claims processed as soon as possible.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed as accepted, you will be offered either a refund to your original payment method, a refund in store credit, or a replacement item (if in stock).

3 - DELIVERY

3.1 - UK Shipping

We offer free delivery to Mainland UK addresses.
Free next-day delivery to Mainland UK addresses is available for orders placed before 11 AM, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

3.2 - International Shipping
​
We ship internationally; however, delivery times vary based on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

3.3 - Order Processing & Tracking
​
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

3.4 - Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
​
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
In the event of a lost shipment, please allow up to 10 business days before reporting the issue so we can coordinate with the courier.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
