RETURNS
UK Stock Car Parts offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you request a return & refund after 30 days from the original purchase date, UK Stock Car Parts reserve the right to reject your return & refund request.
In order for returns to be accepted and refunds processed, items must be unused / in the same condition in which you received them, and be in the original packaging along with your proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees for returned items. UK Stock Car Parts strongly recommends that all customers use a trackable shipping service, with potentially further shipping insurance depending on the cost of the item/s.
REFUNDS
If an item is returned damaged, not in the original packaging, or with items missing, UK Stock Car Parts reserve the right to reject the return / refund.
If an item is returned after 30 days from purchase date, the return will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.
Once a return has been received back at UK Stock Car Parts HQ, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received the item, and also whether or not a refund will be processed.
If a refund has been confirmed as accepted / in process, credit will be applied back to the original payment method as per the time scale indicated in the confirmation email you will have received.
